Mr. William Virgil "W.V." Jackson, 85, of Barry passed away on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008 in Barry.
He was born on Dec. 2, 1922 in Stanford, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Corley Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pattison Cemetery with the Rev. Kenny Farnham officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian V. Jackson of Barry; daughter, Linda Bratchley of Corsicana; granddaughter and husband, Jessica and Michael Alonzo of Irving; grandson, Chris Bratchley of Ruidoso, N. M.; great granddaughter, Vanessa Blatchley of Georgetown; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Carl Pearson of Forestburg, S.D.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
