William "Bill" Watts Pulliam, 86, of Dawson, former long time owner of Navarro Mills Marina passed away Monday, Feb. 8, 2016 in the Corsicana hospital.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11 at Liberty Hill Cemetery with Rev. David Barnum of Grosvenor Baptist Church officiating.
