Venes Brown, 64, of Corsicana passed away Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018 in Dallas. She was born June 28, 1954 in Kerens.
Visitation will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, 2018 at M.R. Smith Parlor for Funerals.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018 at Second Mission Baptist Church, 909 S. Fifth St. with Rev. Dairy Johnson officiating and Irma Waites will give the eulogy.
Interment to follow at Samarian Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jamon Brown, Clemons Jekare Hackett, Corey Carter, Stephen Crawford and Makevan Hobbs.
Honorary pallbearers include Roscoe Taylor, Steven Clemmons, Carlton Woods, JB Brown Sr., Kemper Cloud and Vee Otis Jones.
