Corsicana - Robinell Wyrick Lassiter, age 86, died peacefully at her home in Corsicana on May 10, 2024.

Robbie was born on February 25, 1938 to Bill and Opal Wyrick in Kerens, Texas and graduated from Kerens High School in 1956. She married Billy Lassiter, the love of her life, on August 17, 1957. They made their home in Corsicana and joyfully welcomed their much-loved daughters Cheryl and Sharon into their hearts and home. Robbie retired from a 35-year career in accounting and as Human Resources Manager at Jetco Chemicals in 2004. Robbie lived a life full of faith in her Lord, Jesus Christ and fully devoted to her loving family and many friends. She was a strong, independent woman and set a lifelong example to her daughters as a woman of steadfast faith, devotion to family, loyalty to friends, and hard work. She was a woman of prayer and always chose to laugh rather than cry. She was humble, unselfish, generous, and witty. Most of all, though, she was a faithful Christian, devoted wife, and loving mother who valued her family over anything on earth. Billy and Robbie provided a loving, Christian home for their daughters and took great joy in providing opportunities for them and in spending time with them and their loving husbands, Tim and Barry. Her family and friends will always remember her beautiful smile and her gracious spirit. Robbie was loved and respected by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. She now is reunited with Billy and lives eternally in heaven with Jesus and in the hearts of her daughters.

Robbie is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Lassiter, and her parents, Bill and Opal Wyrick. She is survived by her daughters Cheryl Wilson and her husband, Tim, of Fort Worth, and Sharon Robinson and her husband, Barry, of Corsicana. She is also survived by her brother Billy Glen Wyrick of Granbury and her nephew David Wyrick and his wife, Theresa, as well as her beloved St. Ama cousins and their families.
