Willis, Texas - Michael Dwayne Bairrington, 58, of Willis, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 30th in Corsicana. He was born April 6, 1966, in Waco, Texas to Robert and Wanda Bairrington. Michael was a 1984 graduate of Corsicana High School and later graduating from Sam Houston State University. He worked for TX Dot for 30 years. He loved to BBQ and would enter competitions. He also enjoyed playing golf as long as his heart would allow.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Cuzzort Bairrington in 2010. He is survived by his father, Robert Bairrington; brother, Ron Bairrington and wife Trema; nephew, Ryan Bairrington and wife Taylor, niece, Kaitlyn Cotten and husband Matthew and great niece, Hazel Cotten. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

The family will have a visitation on Sunday, June 2nd from 2-4pm at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
