Mattie L. Meankins, 99; passed away Sept. 20, 2019 at the Twilight Home.
She is survived by two sons, Richard Lee Meankins, and David Joseph Meankins; both of Corsicana; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Lula Smith; husband, Henry Meankins; sons, Henry S. Meankins, Aldean Meankins and Billie Joe Meankins; two grandchildren, Shawanda Meankins and David O'Neal Smith
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, at the First Independent Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Whitehead officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ross and Johnson Mortuary.
