Mary Louise (Lowrimore) Gardner, 93, of Milford and formerly of Dawson, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 in Kilgore. Mary was born May 5, 1924 in Dawson to Charles Marvin Lowrimore and Annie Gould (Sims) Lowrimore. She lived most of her life in the Dawson and Milford areas and was a graduate of Dawson High School and attended Business College in Waco.

Mary worked for several oil field equipment companies including Wheelock Oil Company in Corsicana and Joy Petroleum Equipment in Waxahachie. She enjoyed being outdoors especially working in her yard, sharing with friends and family her love for baking and loved her dogs. She was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church of Dawson.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Clyde Olin Gardner.

She is survived by her three sisters, Lois Martin of Coleman, Charleene Taylor and husband, Lowell of Corsicana and Sue Ellen Blazewicz of Lake Dallas and numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members and many, many friends.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Wade Funeral Home in Hubbard. Funeral services are set to follow at Wade Funeral Chapel with her nephew, Dr. Jim Martin, officiating.

Interment will follow in Dawson Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be nephews Charles Taylor, Larry Taylor, Dr. Mark Martin, Dr. Joel Martin, Jerry Blazewicz and great-nephews Logan Taylor and Landon Taylor.
