Jocelyn B. Vernon Obituary
Jocelyn B. Vernon, age 53, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021. She was born November 13, 1968, to Jorge and Josefa (nee Alvarado) Bandalan in the Philippines. Jocelyn was a Real Estate Assessor and also served as an Aid at Plum Creek Assisted Living. She was a member of Mount Pleasant Methodist Church. She loved shopping, gardening, flowers, and photography.
Left to celebrate Jocelyn's life is her beloved husband, Ivan; her loving children, Mary Rocelyn Rom, John Ronie Rom, Mary Ronelyn Rom, Jose Raymond Rom and Josefa Rom; brothers, Jerry Jorge Bandalan, George Bandalan and Jo-Jo Rom; many extended family and friends.
Family will welcome visitors on Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Waite & Son Funeral Home located at 3300 Center Road in Brunswick with the service at 4PM. Online condolences and memories may be left for the family on Jocelyn's guestbook at www.WaiteFuneralHome.com.
On Friday, December 17, 2021, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. the family will receive visitors at the KESA Building located in Kerens. Coffee and refreshments will be served. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 in the Prairie Point Cemetery with Bro. Frank Upchurch officiating.
