Charles  Randle
Charles Rol Randle, 86, of Corsicana Texas passed away on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019 at Navarro Regional Hospital. Rol was born on Jan. 3, 1933 in San Angelo, Texas to the late Hamlin Manley Randle and Viola Owens.
Rol was a member of the United States Armed Forces from 1957 - 1961. He retired as an Account Specialist from Southwestern Bell corporation in Dallas, Texas on Feb. 8, 1988 after 20 years of service.
Rol had many friends in Corsicana and the Dallas area. After living in Dallas, Cedar Creek, Eureka, Scurry and Waxahachie, he chose to retire in Corsicana at Heritage Place. He could often be seen driving around on his golf cart with his beloved dog, Karma, helping to keep the grounds clean and visiting with residents.
Rol was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Dee Randle and Tommy Randle, and his sister Opal Cunningham.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Carol Randle; several nieces and nephews, Guy Cunningham, Terry Randle, Lynne (Randle) Mumme, Stephen Randle, Tommie (Randle) Balcom, Mark Randle, Laurie (Randle) Bedsole and numerous great nieces and nephews who he enjoyed being around and attending birthday parties.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019 in the chapel at Northside Baptist Church, 2800 North Beaton St. in Corsicana Texas.
Memorial contributions may be given to one of his favorite charities, Baylor Cancer Center in Dallas Texas or St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
