Peggy McCulloch of Silver City Community passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in Waco at the age of 84. She was born Jan. 4, 1933 in Navarro County to Grady Lee and Carrie Farmer Thomas. Peggy married Billy Joe McCulloch Nov. 22, 1948 in Navarro County.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, sister Betty Lambert and grandson Matt Alan Weaver.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Joe McCulloch; her daughters, Carolyn Weaver and significant other Perry Swain of Wills Point, Brenda Jones and husband James (Bubba) of Blooming Grove; four grandchildren, Scott McGraw and wife Tammy of Blooming Grove, Misty McGraw of Wills Point, Davelyn Casbeer and husband Monty of Corsicana, John Michael Weaver and wife Brandy of Wills Point; four great grandchildren, Austen McGraw and wife Misty, Dalton McGraw, Carley Casbeer, Colby Mosely and one great-great grandchild, Conner Dean McGraw. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 21, 2017 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home with Bro. Grady Cashion.
Interment will follow at Younger Cemetery.
