Mrs. Pauline Massey, 78, of Corsicana passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016 at Twilight Nursing Home. She was born on May 14, 1938 in Blooming Grove to W. L. and Maude Underhill.
She graduated from Corsicana High School in 1956. She married the love of her life, Mr. Woody Massey, on Sept. 29, 1964. She loved and cherished her grandchildren and family, as well as her siblings whom she spoke with on a daily basis.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Mr. Woody Massey; parents, W.L. and Maude Underhill; siblings, Dick Anderton, Polly Hernandez, Bill Underhill, Dorothy Mackey, and Betty Underhill.
She is survived by her daughter, Lou Ann Armstrong and husband Scott; grandchildren, Kyle Armstrong and Kaci Armstrong; sisters, Wanda Blevins and Jimmie Melton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 at Corley Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016 at the Corley Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating the service will be Rev. Bob Young.
Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Larry Anderton, Brian Matthews, Don Blevins, Eric Melton, Ben Wolle, and Kyle Armstrong.
