Mary Lou Vannice, 84, of Normal Illionis passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2017 at McLean Co. Nursing Home in Normal Illinois.
Lou was born Sept. 20, 1932 in Corsicana, she is the daughter of J.L. and Blanche Greer Hamilton. She married Wilson Vannice on Nov. 3, 1970 in Bloomington, Illinois. He survives.
Lou was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
She is survived by her three children, Cindy (Rick) Kopp of Normal, Illinois, Brian Vannice of San Francisco, California,
Jeff Vannice of Ft. Meyers, Florida; two grandsons, Jeffrey Kellermann of Bloomington, Illinois and Tony Callahan, Bloomington, Ilinois; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Jo Curry of Sulphur Springs; four nieces, Donna Drain, Marsha Owens, Linda Allison and Candy Lazarin all of Texas.
Lou loved flowers and was a very artistic person. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker. She was a Mildred Eagle from Mildred High School.
There will be no service. Cremation services provided by Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, Illinois. Private internment at Eureka Cemetery in Eureka.
