Blake Alan Killingsworth, 23, who was loaned to this world by our Heavenly Father on Oct. 7, 1993 was called back home Jan. 21, 2017.
Blake was known as a good humored, caring person who always had a smile that was contagious to those around him. He loved making people laugh and lifting their spirits. He taught himself to play the guitar and loved to share his music with his family and friends. Blake also had a passion for country life, his many animals and restoring unique and rare cars.
Blake attended school at Mildred and TSTC. He followed in his father's footsteps by working at AT&T.
He was proceeded in death by his Nana, Martha Weempe and Grandma McGaha, Grace McGaha.
Blake is survived by his loving parents Debra and Brian Killingsworth of Mildred; brother Bret Killingsworth (Mandy) of Palestine; his PawPaw Howard Weempe of Richland; numerous aunts and uncles including Mike(Tammy) Weempe of Richland, William(Cheryl) Weempe of Rockport, Gary(Gloria) Killingsworth of Norman, Oklahoma, Randal(Meredith) Killingsworth of Arlington, Sandy (Joaquin0 McGaha of Noble, Oklahoma, Nancy (Randy) Loyd of Norman, Oklahoma and Crystal (Rick) Hiatt of Tenino, washington As well as many special family members.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017 at Griffin-Roughton in Corsicana. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26th at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home Chapel, Corsicana with Rev. Paul Rummage officiating.
Interment will follow at Billington Cemetery. Pallbearers are David Weempe, J.T. Weempe, Bryce Weempe, Jay Kirkland, Tyler Herron and Anthony Morales. Honorary pall bearers are Cara Weempe and Nicole Weempe.
